An undisclosed buyer signed the equity transfer agreement to acquire 12.9% stake in Anhui Guozhen Environment Protection Technology Joint Stock Co., Limited (SZSE:300388) from Marubeni Corporation (TSE:8002) and Marubeni (Beijing) Trading Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 710 million on November 3, 2017. Under the terms of transaction, Marubeni Corporation will sell 29.5 million shares and Marubeni (Beijing) Trading Co., Ltd. will sell 9.9 million shares for CNY 18.08 each.
