Ltd. announced that Mr. Songsak Wongsunkakorn, an Independent Director and Audit Committee, has informed of his resignation to be effective on February 29, 2016 due to his business engagement. Therefore, the board of directors has resolved in the Meeting No.6/2016 to appoint Ms. Kanyapat Peerawatsakoonpong as an Independent Director and Audit Committee in replacement of the resigning Director.
The appointment shall be effective on March 1, 2016.
