Castle Minerals Limited - NOTICE GIVEN UNDER SECTION 708A(5) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT

Castle Minerals Limited (ASX:CDT) ('Castle' or the 'Company') is pleased to advise that it has today issued 93,777,777 new ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.0045 per share to sophisticated and professional investors, pursuant to the placement announced on 19 June 2024.

The Company provides notice under section 708A(5)(e) and 708A(6) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ('Corporations Act') that the above ordinary shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.

As at the date of this notice: a) the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company and section 674 of the Corporations Act and b) there is no information that is excluded information for the purposes of section 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act.
