The GRESB methodology awards an overall score to companies based on their performance in the Management and Performance categories. In its debut year, Castellana Properties performed particularly well in the Management category, obtaining a score of 28 out of 30. More specifically, the company was highly rated for its performance in Leadership, Policies, Reporting, Commitment, Objectives and Certifications among others.

This achievement serves as recognition for the hard work and dedication that the Company has put in over the past year to improve its level of transparency and management practices in ESG-related matters.

In fact, Castellana Properties is currently in the process of developing and rolling out its sustainability strategy, which includes short-, medium-, and long-term objectives. That is why we are always actively looking for opportunities that will allow us to generate a positive impact on all the regions in which we operate, while upholding our undertaking to fully respect the environment.
