          Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain
          Officers.

On April 5, 2023, Mr. Sanjeev Goel tendered his resignation as Chief Executive Officer of the Company and as a member of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Cartica Acquisition Corp. (the "Company"). The Board accepted his resignation, effective as of April 5, 2023. His resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.

Effective April 7, 2023, Steve Quamme, a director of the Company, was appointed as interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company. There is no arrangement or understanding between Mr. Quamme and any other person pursuant to which he was appointed the interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
