NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) _ Capstar Financial Holdings Inc. (CSTR) on Thursday reported fourth-quarter profit of $5.4 million.

The bank, based in Nashville, Tennessee, said it had earnings of 29 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for costs related to mergers and acquisitions, came to 30 cents per share.

The bank holding company posted revenue of $27.9 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $22.3 million, which missed Street forecasts.

For the year, the company reported profit of $22.4 million, or $1.20 per share. Revenue was reported as $92 million.

Capstar Financial shares have decreased 2.5% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $16.23, a climb of almost 8% in the last 12 months.
