Reference is made to the announcement dated 19 March 2021 of Shougang Concord Grand (Group) Limited (the "Company") in relation to the resignation of Mr. Su Guifeng as an executive director and the member of the executive committee of the board of directors of the Company (the "Announcement").

As stated in the Announcement, Mr. Su Guifeng has resigned due to personal reasons. The Company hereby clarifies that Mr. Su Guifeng has resigned from the abovementioned positions due to his other personal pursuits and business commitments.

Save for the above clarification, all information in the Announcement remains the same.
