Whisper Weed, Inc. and Cannabis Global Create A New California Corporation to Be Named CGI Whisper W, Inc

Cannabis Global, Inc. announced the closing of a definitive agreement to enter the fast-growing California cannabis delivery market. Via the executed agreement, Whisper Weed, Inc. and Cannabis Global, have created a new California Corporation to be named CGI Whisper W, Inc., which will provide management services for the delivery entity. CGI Whisper W, Inc, will receive 51% of the profits from the new entity, which will be recognized as income by Cannabis Global, Inc. Cannabis Global views this agreement as an important step toward the verticalization of its IP-driven focus. Many of the technologies developed for CBD and non-THC marketplaces can be directly applied to the regulated California cannabis marketplace, including the Company's newly developed tetrahydrocannabivarin (THC-V) and Cannabinol(CBN) delivery technologies.
Cannabis Global, Inc. manufactures and distributes various cannabis products through its ownership of Natural Plant Extract, Inc. The Company is engaged in developing the Ethos Comply Bag and conducts research and development in the areas of hemp, cannabis, and consumer food goods. It operates and manages Natural Plant Extract of California, Inc. (NPE) which holds two active California cannabis licenses: a Type 7 manufacturing license and a distribution license. These licenses allow NPE to distribute cannabis products in the State of California. These products included several types of cannabis products, including Cannabis flower packaged in various weights, which are sold to California licensed cannabis retailers and distributors; cannabis pre-rolls, which are sold to California licensed cannabis retailers and distributors, and cannabis edible products, which are sold to California licensed cannabis retailers and distributors.
