Canature Health Technology Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300272) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase not more than CNY 50 million worth of its A shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price not more than CNY 7.5 per share. The shares repurchased will be used for equity incentive plans or employee stock ownership plans. The program will be funded from company's own funds. The program will be valid for 12 months.
on June 7, 2022, the company announced that it has adjusted its repurchase price from CNY 7.5 per share to CNY 7.4 per share.
