Low Volume Financial Market

Calibre has been granted ASIC approval to maintain a market where we can introduce potential buyers and sellers in accordance with established rules.

The process for trading Calibre Shares on the Low Volume Financial Market is outlined below:

1. Review the Low Volume Financial Market Introduction and Important Notes.
2. Review the current Register of Buyers and Sellers and Trading History.
3. Register your interest to buy or sell Calibre Shares.
4. If you are a Buyer or a Seller, you may request that Calibre provides you will details of any Seller or Buyer. To request this information contact the Company Secretary.
5. Finalise the transaction by completing a Standard Transfer Form which you can obtain from Link Market Services and return it to the Registry.
