This year's annual general meeting (AGM) of C4X Discovery Holdings plc (Company) will be held at Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited, 40 Gracechurch Street, EC3V 0BT on 24 January 2023 at 11 am.

This letter is to notify you that the Annual Report 2022 and the Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website athttps://www.c4xdiscovery.com.

The Board ask that shareholders consider if their attendance at the AGM is necessary. If a shareholder intends to attend the AGM in person, the Board kindly requests that you pre-register your intention by emailing [e-mail] this is so that the Board may ensure that the AGM is held in a safe environment.

The Board strongly encourages shareholders to submit a proxy vote by electronic means via Signal Shares (www.signalshares.com) or via CREST (if your shares are held electronically) in advance of the AGM and to appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy. If there are any changes to the current arrangements for the AGM, the information will be made available on our website and, where appropriate, by an announcement via a Regulatory Information Service.
