BULGARIAN REAL ESTATE FUND REIT On the basis of Art. 17, p. 1 from Regulation (EU) 596/2014 we inform you the following:
"BULGARIAN REAL ESTATE FUND" REIT has signed a lease agreement with Private Elementary School Maple Bear Ltd. for office premises in Kambani Green Offices. The term of the agreement is for 10 years and the total rented area is 1889.25 sq.m. With the leased premises the occupancy rate of the building reaches 74.25% of the leasable office area.
"BULGARIAN REAL ESTATE FUND" REIT has signed a lease agreement with Kalever Ltd. for office premises in Business Park Sofia. The term of the agreement is for 3 years and the total rented area is 255.49 sq.m. With the leased premises the occupancy rate of the building reaches 71.05% of the leasable office area.
