BTM Resources Berhad Appoints Mr. Lee Yoon Seong as Independent and Non Executive Chairman of Audit Committee

BTM Resources Berhad appointed Mr. Lee Yoon Seong, age 54, as Independent and Non Executive Chairman of Audit Committee, effective from 15 July 2024. The composition of the Audit Committee after the change is as follows:- Chairman - Mr. Lee Yoon Seong (Independent Non-Executive Director) and Member - Ms Goh Siow Cheng (Independent Non-Executive Director).
