Data Infrastructure Trust, managed by Brookfield Asset Management Ltd. agreed to acquire the Indian Operations of American Tower Corporation for INR 210 billion on January 4, 2024. The Pending ATC TIPL Transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2024, subject to customary closing conditions, including government and regulatory approvals. Citigroup Inc and CDX Advisors LLC acted as Financial advisors and Talwar Thakore & Associates acted as legal advisor to American Tower Corporation.
