SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT - ANNUAL RESULTS

FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2019

Reference is made to the annual report ("Annual Report") of the Company in relation to the audited consolidated results of the Group for the year ended 30 June 2019. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Annual Report unless the context requires otherwise.

The Company would like to supplement the Annual Report with the following information on the other operating expenses of the Group of approximately HK$34,341,000 recorded for the year ended 30 June 2019 ("Other Operating Expenses").

The Other Operating Expenses were all daily operation related and were mainly comprised of the following:-

The other daily operation related expenses in the Other Operating Expenses mainly consisted of electricity and water charges, repair and maintenance fee, printing and stationery, bank charges, books and uniform fees, computer expenses, consulting fee, consumable materials, postage and courier fees, cleaning charges, electronic payment charges, entertainment, insurance, sundry expenses, telephone and fax charges, and transaction fee.
