São Paulo, dezember 30, 2016- BR Insurance Corretora de Seguros S.A.('Company' or 'BR Insurance'), in compliance with CVM Instruction 358/2002 and subsequent amendments, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that has received correspondence from M&G Investment Management Limited ('M&G'), stating that, together with Eastpring Investments Limited ('Eastpring'), reduced its equity participation, keeping on December 29, 2016, 741,324 common shares, representing approximately 9.68% of the total shares issued by BR Insurance.
