BQE Water Inc. (TSXV:BQE) announces a share repurchase program. Under the normal course issuer bid, the company will repurchase up to 62,351 shares, representing 5% of its issued shares capital. Repurchases will be funded from company's existing working capital.
All shares repurchased will be cancelled. The plan will be valid till December 13, 2024. As of November 29, 2023, the company had 1,247,028 shares issued and outstanding.
