From September 25 to 28, Graph Expo 2016 in Orlando offers industry insiders the opportunity to explore the latest trends in the international print and media industry. BÖWE SYSTEC will be presenting leading-edge solutions including the high- performance inserting system Fusion Cross and the White Paper Factory solution Mini Bridge at booth 2207 under its new motto 'A step ahead'.

Leading the way is the high-performance inserting system Fusion Cross, which has continued to evolve to meet customer requirements since its successful launch in 2012. The high-performance inserting system presented at Graph Expo 2016 is equipped with new features including the Autoloader and rotary feeders for enclosure processing, as well as second-generation EPOD (Envelope Print On Demand) for individual color envelope printing ensuring excellent print results with a resolution of

600 x 300 dpi using piezo technology.

The Flow-Principle developed by BÖWE SYSTEC for the Fusion Cross is a unique, patented inserting technology that enables the system's entire production process to run more effectively than any conventional inserting technology. The relative filling speed is reduced, resulting in a more precise and efficient inserting process. This facilitates the processing of a wide range of different enclosures of up to 15 mm and results in enhanced productivity and higher output. Even at top speeds of up to 16,000 for Flats (C4, B4) or 22,000 for #7 3/4, #10, 6 x 9 or Stretch (B6+ to B5) envelopes per hour, the Fusion Cross guarantees reliable

processing at industry-leading integrity levels via the link to the smart software solution BÖWE Cockpit.

BÖWE SYSTEC will also present the new Mini Bridge, a low-cost industrial White Paper Factory solution developed jointly by BÖWE SYSTEC and the respected printer manufacturer RISO. This integrated system prints full-color, personalized documents on demand at a rate of up to 150 simplex pages per minute, transports them inline and inserts them without any need for manual intervention in formats of up to 6 x 9 (C5), or optionally up to Flats (C4) - at a throughput rate of up to 4,200 envelopes per hour. This makes for fast and reliable production of personalized documents printed in full color - with the option of full color printing of envelopes, too. Not only can the Mini Bridge be used to optimize the production of many different jobs with small batch sizes, but closed loop production can also be initiated automatically via a BÖWE One software interface.
