BOLZONI S.p.A.: Reopening of the filing of slates for candidates for the Board of Statutory Auditors

Piacenza, April 5th, 2016 - In accordance with article 144-octies, paragraph 2, Consob Issuers' Regulation, in relation to the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Bolzoni S.p.A., we inform that only the slate of candidates presented by Penta Holding S.p.A., holder of 13,109,066 ordinary shares, equal to 50.43% of the share capital of Bolzoni S.p.A., has been filed until today at Company's registered office.

Therefore, in accordance with article 144-sexies, paragraph 5, of Consob Issuers' Regulation, the deadline for the presentation of slates for the appointment of Statutory Auditors by Shareholders who, individually or together with others, on the date of presentation of the slate, hold voting rights representing at least 1.25% of the share capital, has been extended to April 7, 2016.

In this regard, such slates, accompanied by the documentation required by Company's by-laws and the applicable regulation, should be deposited at the Company's registered office, or sent there by registered post or sent to the certified email address: [e-mail], or by fax at number 0523.524270.

All information concerning the slates will be available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website www.bolzonigroup.com (Section on Shareholders' Meeting documentation 2016) and on the website of the authorized storage system "1info" www.1info.it, according to the terms and means established by law and Company's by-laws.
