On April 25, 2023, Unrivaled Brands, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing preliminary financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2023. The Company has not yet completed its financial close process for the quarter ended March 31, 2023. Therefore, the selected preliminary financial results are preliminary, unaudited, and are subject to change upon completion of the Company's financial statement closing procedures.
