On the Closing Date, June 5, 2024, Mr. James Xilas resigned as the Company?s Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President, Secretary, and Treasurer. In addition, Mr. Xilas resigned as Director on the Closing Date. The Company is engaged in the business of offroad racing. The Company is specialized in offroad racing truck products and fabrication, and has created a list of custom products that can be custom fabricated and installed by Giant Motorsports, as well its Weld it Yourself products for the do it yourself'ers. The Company has developed some of the offrroad suspension lifts, 4 link suspension, and desert racing technology for use in Mohave Desert racing, pre runner truck, desert racing truck, and any prerunner. The Companyâs products include Steering, Link Killer, 4 Link Kits, I-Beam Kits, Complete Axle, Engine Cage, Weld and do it yourself parts, and Long Travel Spring Kits.
