David Pace to Resign as Executive Vice President of Bloomin’ Brands, Inc., Effective March 13, 2016

On January 20, 2016, David Pace advised Bloomin' Brands, Inc. that he will resign as Executive Vice President of the company effective March 13, 2016. Mr. Pace is resigning to pursue an opportunity outside the Company.
