Blonder Tongue Laboratories, Inc. announced on January 25, 2022, James H. Williams, a member of the board of directors, informed the Company that he will retire from the board of directors and will not stand for reelection at the Company's 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. His retirement will become effective immediately following the Annual Meeting. Mr. Williams has served as a director since February 2015 and also previously served as a director from November 1988 to May 2006, including serving as Chairman from November 1988 until November 1994.
Blonder Tongue Laboratories, Inc., along with its subsidiary R. L. Drake Holdings, LLC (Drake), is a technology research and development company. The Company delivers a range of products and services to telecommunications, cable and fiber optic service delivery operators, as well as broadcasters and media production companies. Its products are deployed in a list of locations, including lodging/hospitality, multi-dwelling units/apartments, broadcast studios/networks, universities/schools, healthcare/hospitals, fitness centers, government facilities/offices, prisons, airports, sports stadiums/arenas, entertainment venues/casinos, retail stores, and small-medium businesses.
