Forbidden Technologies plc announced a number of Board changes to take place in June 2015. The company's long standing Finance Director, Phil Madden, is stepping down this summer after ten years of service and finance non-Exec Jonathan Lees is moving to Executive CFO from 15 June 2015.
The company is also announcing two internal promotions which will take place immediately following company's next AGM on 8 June. Aziz Musa who runs company's marketing for the professional and consumer markets for its Forscene platform, is joining the Board as Marketing and Consumer Products Director. Aziz has worked in marketing for over 12 years, having held positions at Lastminute.com, Reed Elsevier plc, Skills Market Ltd. and Photobox Ltd. Most recently, Aziz worked as digital director at Pegasus Public Relations before joining the Company in May 2014 to work on the development of Forbidden's consumer facing products. Jason Cowan, who runs company's sales for its Forscene platform is joining the Board as Business Development Director. Jason was born and lived in South Africa until 2010, where he worked in broadcasting industry for 17 years, including three years as the Managing Director of Traffic Corporate Media Communications. He moved to the UK in 2010, at which point he joined Forbidden as a commercial manager. Stephen Streater, the CEO of company, completes the Executive Team, with special responsibility for R&D.
