Ricardo´s Resign and Luiz´s election

BHG S.A. - Brazil Hospitality Group, a publicly-held company, inscribed in the roll of corporate taxpayers (CNPJ/MF) under no. 08.723.106/0001-25, the third largest hotel chain in Brazil ("Company" or "BHG"), pursuant to Article 157, paragraph 4 of Law 6404/76 and in accordance with CVM Instruction 358/02, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that BHG's current Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer, Ricardo Levy, has resigned from his position, thus completing his cycle with the Company, which began in May 2010, in order to pursue a new professional challenge.

The Board of Directors and the CEO thanked Mr. Levy for his dedication and contribution to the Company during his period of tenure and wished him every success.

The Board of Directors also elected, on this date, Luiz Felipe Negreiros de Sá, 38 years old, to occupy the position of Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer. Mr. Negreiros de Sá has a degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), with post-graduate studies in Corporate Finance from the Business School (IAG) of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ) and a Master's degree in Finance from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV-RJ). He began his career at Lojas Americanas S/A, in 1997, and has worked at Light S/A since 2000, currently heading the Financial and Investor Relations Superintendence.
