New contract with admicasa ag for administration of properties

Frauenfeld, 21 August 2014 - bfw liegenschaften ag (SIX Swiss Exchange: BLIN) has newly mandated admicasa ag, Bahnhofstrasse 92, 8500 Frauenfeld, with the administration of its individual properties. The previously existing contract with VERIT Immobilien AG, which had been responsible for the administration of the properties since 2003, will be cancelled as at year-end 2014. The range of services provided by admicasa ag as part of the new contract and the compensation are basically the same as in the previous contract with VERIT. bfw liegenschaften ag will compensate admicasa ag with an ordinary administration fee of 3.85%, calculated on the actual net rental income. The new contract is effective as of 1 January 2015.
admicasa ag specializes in real estate administration, real estate brokerage and real estate management for private and institutional investors and currently services three different mandates of mid-sized institutional clients in the area of real estate administration. Beat Frischknecht and Reto Borner each hold a participation of 31% in admicasa ag. The remaining 38% of admicasa are held indirectly by Serge Aerne, Glattfelden (31%) and Marcel Lenz, Nürensdorf (7%). Mr. Lenz is active as Managing Director for admicasa ag, and Reto Borner is in charge of the administration of admicasa with a 20% working pensum. bfw liegenschaften ag expects that there will be no significant changes of the administrative expenses for the properties, due to the similar compensation structure of the new contract compared to the old one (with VERIT).
