In reference to Current Report No 78/2016 dated 27 July 2016 and Current Report No 79/2016 dated 28 July 2016, and acting on the basis of Art. 504 § 1 of the Code of Commercial Companies, the Management Board of Magellan S.A. hereby notifies the Company's shareholders, for the second time, of the intention to effect a merger between Magellan S.A. (the Acquiring Company) and Mediona sp. z.o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (the Target Company). The merger plan and documents required by law are available on the Company's corporate website: www.magellansa.pl in the tab: Relacje Inwestorskie / Połączenie z Mediona Sp. z o.o.
