Beijing United Information Technology Co.,Ltd. announced that according to preliminary statistics of its financial department, the Company predicts the net profit owned by shareholders of the listed company in the 1st quarter of 2020 will increase by between RMB 17.6 million and RMB 18.6 million, with an increase of between 80.38% and 84.94% compared with the same period of the year before (based on the disclosed statistics according to relevant regulations). The net profit belonging to shareholders of the listed company after excluding extraordinary profit and loss will increase by between RMB 12.8 million and RMB 13.8 million, with an increase of between 60.58% and 65.32% (based on the disclosed statistics according to relevant regulations).
