Barloworld Limited Appoints Nomavuso Mnxasana as Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of the Audit Committee

Ms. Nomavuso Mnxasana has been appointed as independent non-executive director of the Board of Barloworld Limited and member of the audit committee with immediate effect at the Board meeting held 6 October 2017. She currently serves on the boards of Pareto Limited, Nedbank Limited, JSE Limited and ArcelorMittal Limited and various unlisted companies.
