Shanghai Baopu Investment Management Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire the remaining 51% stake in Ningbo Meishan Free Trade Port Area Zhihui Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. from Baolingbao Biology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002286) for nil consideration on January 24, 2018. Under the terms, the corresponding investment for the 51% stake in Ningbo Meishan Free Trade Port Area Zhihui Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. held by Baolingbao Biology Co.,Ltd. has not yet been paid for, the transfer price will be CNY 0. The subscription obligation will be fulfilled by Shanghai Baopu Investment Management Co., Ltd. The transaction was approved by the Board of Directors of Baolingbao Biology Co.,Ltd. in the 9th session of 4th directorate held on January 24, 2018.
