Beijing Yongyu Investment Management Co., Ltd. signed the share transfer agreement to acquire 7.3% stake in Baolingbao Biology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002286) from Liu Zongli, Xue Jianping, Yang Yuanzhi and Wang Naiqiang for approximately CNY 540 million on January 19, 2017. Under the terms of transaction, Beijing Yongyu Investment Management Co., Ltd. will acquire 27.1 million shares at CNY 20 each; and will acquire 18.5 million shares from Liu Zongli, 2.8 million shares each from Xue Jianping, Yang Yuanzhi and Wang Naiqiang. Beijing Yongyu Investment Management Co., Ltd. signed a contract with four individual shareholders to get 12.8% voting rights in the Baolingbao Biology Co.,Ltd.
