Bank7 and Bank7 Corp. Appoints Mike Sanner to the Board of Directors

Mike Sanner has been appointed to the board of directors of Bank7 Corp. and its wholly owned subsidiary Bank7. Sanner is a certified public accountant. He began his career at Arthur Andersen. He has a master of business administration degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Sanner has more than 37 years of experience providing assurance services to public and private companies, primarily in the energy sector. Before his retirement in June 2013, Sanner was assurance partner at Ernst & Young. Sanner is a member of the Oklahoma Accountancy Board. Sanner has also been a member of the board of directors of OGE Energy Corp. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Oklahoma Gas & Electric Co., since September 2017, serving on the audit committee and the nominating and corporate governance committee.
Bank7 Corp. is a bank holding company. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Bank7, it operates twelve full-service branches in Oklahoma, Texas, and Kansas. The Bank is a full-service commercial bank.
