Reference is made to the Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited (the Bank)'s issuance of Subordinated Instrument to be qualified as Tier 2 Capital of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Li(Tlited No. 1/2016 Due 2027 , to be matured for redemption in 2027 [(BAY272A)] representing a total of 10,000,000 units with a par value of Baht 1,000 each will be matured for redemption in 2027 which is a tenor of 10.5 years and interest rate at 3.50% p.a.. The period of interest payment is dued every 3 months, on February 11, May 11, August 11, and November 11 of every year (In the

case that any interest due date and the register closing date fall on the Bank's holidays, it shall be postponed to the following working day)

The Bank, acting as the book registrar, would like to notify that payment of interest on Subordinated Instrument to be qualified as Tier 2 Capital of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited No. 1/2016 Due 2027 (BAY272A) for the 2nd period (1/2017) shall be made on Tuesday February 14 2017 details are as follows:

Payment of interest on Subordinated Instrument at the rate of 3.50% p.a.. with calculating period as from November 11. 20 16 to February 10, 2017 tota ling 92 days.

In this regard, the register closing date for the purpose of the said payment of interest on Subordinated Instrument for the 2nd period (1/2017) shall be on Monday, January 30, 2017 at 12.00 A.M .
