BANCOLOMBIA S.A. ANNOUNCES RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors of Bancolombia S.A. ("Bancolombia") authorized Maria Cristina Arrastia Uribe, Business Vice-President, to proceed with the sale of her interests in the investment fund "Fondo de Acciones SVA", represented by shares of Bancolombia S.A.
The authorization was granted unanimously by the Board of Directors. The sale will be made in accordance with Bancolombia's internal procedures for the sale and purchase of Bancolombia shares by officers, including compliance with the restricted periods when officers may not trade Bank shares.
