(Bovespa tickers: IDVL3 and IDVL4), financial institution with head office at Rua Iguatemi, no. 151, 6th floor, in the City and State of São Paulo, inscribed in the corporate taxpayer register (CNPJ/MF) under no. 61.024.352/0001-71 ("Company" or "BI&P"), publicly informs its shareholders and the market in general the termination by mutual agreement of the agreement signed with XP INVESTIMENTOS CORRETORA DE CÂMBIO, TÍTULOS E VALORES MOBILIÁRIOS S.A., headquartered at Avenida das Américas, no. 3434, 7th block, 2nd floor, rooms 201 to 208, part, Barra da Tijuca, in the State and City of Rio de Janeiro, inscribed in the corporate taxpayer register (CNPJ/MF) under no. 02.332.886/0001-04, to act as Market Maker of its preferred shares (IDVL4) within the context of the BM&FBovespa.
The service will be discontinued to Banco Indusval S.A. from December 29,
2015 on.
