NOTICE TO MARKET Banco BI&P announces New Investor Relations Officer

BANCO INDUSVAL S.A. (Bovespa: IDVL3 and IDVL4), hereby announces to its shareholders and the market that the Board of Directors Meeting held today elected Mr. Jair da Costa Balma as Investor Relations Officer.
Jair da Costa Balma will accumulate the positions of Investor Relations Officer and Executive responsible for Local Funding. Mr. Balma has more than 25-year experience in the financial markets, notably in the Local Funding. Mr. Balma joined BI&P in 2003 and has developed successful strategies for funding diversification and dispersion of the depositor base.
Mr. Gilberto Barshad Faiwichow was reelected as member of the Executive Board of the Company for the next two years and will maintain his position as Treasury and International Funding Vice President.
