Banco di Desio e della Brianza S.p.A. (BIT:BDB) signed an agreement to acquire 14 bank branches of Banca Popolare di Puglia e Basilicata S.C.p.A. for ?21.9 million on May 16, 2024. The acquisition is subject, among other things, to the authorization measure envisaged by the Golden Power regulations.
