Compartamos Banco is recognized as the Best Microfinance Bank in Mexico for the Third Year in a Row

Mexico City, October 31, 2014. - Banco Compartamos, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple. (Compartamos) reported the reception of its third consecutive award as the "Best Microfinance Bank" by LatinFinance magazine in its ranking of the Best Banks of 2014.

The criteria used to assign this award is based on quantitative and qualitative factors such as the opinions voiced in an online poll of sector participants and public information available on the bank's financial results.

LatinFinance has a long history reviewing financial markets in Latin America and acknowledging institutions of excellence with this prestigious award.
