Baltika Recalls Kati Kusmin as Management Board Member

The supervisory board of the Baltika decided to recall management board member Kati Kusmin as of March 17, 2016. Kusmin said she has no future plans at the moment. The management board of Baltika will continue with two members: CEO Meelis Milder and CFO Maigi Parnik-Pernik, the company told the stock exchange.

Prior to taking a seat on the management board of Baltika in October 2012, Kusmin was chairman of the board of the retail organization of Estonian consumer associations ETK.

The Company operates under the brands of Monton, Mosaic, Baltman and Ivo Nikkolo. Its products are traded domestically as well as in Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Ukraine and Russia. As of end of December 31, 2011, the Company had 115 stores in six markets in the Baltics and Central and Eastern Europe. As of December 31, 2011, Baltika AS was a parent company of the Baltika group, which consisted of the Company and its subsidiaries, including Baltika Poland Sp zoo, OY Baltinia AB, Baltika Sweden AB, OU Baltika Tailor, AS Virulane, OU Baltika TP and OU Baltika Retail and its subsidiaries OU Baltman, SIA Baltika Latvija, UAB Baltika Lietuva, OOO Kompania Baltman Rus and Baltika Ukraina Ltd. . On June 21, 2012, the Company merged with its wholly owned subsidiary, AS Virulane.
