Baheti Recycling Industries Limited announced the installation of two Aluminium Melting Furnaces, bolstering its manufacturing capabilities and reinforcing its commitment to delivering high-quality aluminium products. Baheti Recycling Industries Ltd., primarily engaged in processing aluminium-based metal scrap, specializes in manufacturing aluminium alloys in the form of ingots and aluminium de-ox alloys in various configurations, including cubes, ingots, shots, and notch bars. These products find applications in diverse industries such as automobiles, construction, electrical transmission, and steel, owing to the versatile properties of aluminium and its alloys.

The two new Aluminium Melting Furnaces., each with an annual capacity of 12,000 tonnes, are currently undergoing installation at the company's Ahmedabad facility. Commercial production is anticipated to commence from mid-March 2024, with the complete benefits of this enhanced capacity expected to be realized in the fiscal year 2024-25. This strategic expansion has been meticulously planned to meet the growing demands from both new and existing customers.

The technological upgrade represented by the new furnaces ensures a larger batch size, resulting in increased efficiency, while simultaneously reducing the manpower required for operations. The civil work, including the construction of a new shed and laying the foundation for the furnaces, has already been completed at the existing premises. The design of the new infrastructure allows for the accommodation of two furnaces of similar size, aligning with the company's future growth plans.
