Axon Ventures' Board Disapproves Appointment of Shaan Gulecha as Additional Director

With reference to the Board Meeting held on May 27, 2016, Axon Ventures Ltd. has now announced that the Board had disapproved the appointment of Mrs. Shaan Gulecha as additional Director. However it was erroneously informed by the Company in the outcome that Mrs. Shaan Gulecha was appointed as Director.
