APPENDIX 4D - HALF YEAR REPORT - 31 DECEMBER 2016 AXIOM REPORTS 1,022% INCREASE IN UNDERLYING NET PROFIT AFTER TAX Adelaide, Australia, Monday 13 February 2017: Axiom Properties Limited (ASX:AXI) lodges the attached Appendix 4D Half year report for the Half-year ended 31 December 2016. HIGHLIGHTS FOR THE PERIODAxiom's reported Net Profit After Tax (NPAT) was $4.3 million for the half year;
- NPAT represents an increase of1,022% over the previous corresponding period (pcp), with no significant items reported in this period;
Reported Net Tangible Assets (NTA) increases to 6.18cents (up from 4.84cents), representing an increase of 27% over pcp;
- Revenue from ordinary continuing operations of$2.9 million was5.4% higher than pcp as the Company experiences growth in rental income from existing tenancies as well as the successful leasing of new tenancies.
