Amendment of disclosure policy of Avidly Oyj

Avidly Plc, Company announcement 29 September 2022 at 8.30 am EEST

The Board of Directors of Avidly Oyj (the “Company”) has today resolved to amend the Company’s disclosure policy so that in future on a yearly basis the Company will publish only a financial statement release and a half-year report.

The Company’s updated disclosure policy is available on its website https://investors.avidlyagency.com/en/. As a consequence of the amendment, the Company is also updating its financial reporting calendar, which was published on 18 November 2021, to reflect that the January-September 2022 business review will not be published.
