VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jan 8, 2015) - Mr. George Graham, President of ATI AirTest Technologies Inc. ("AirTest" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:AAT), a leading provider of sensor technologies for building applications, would like to announce, with regret, the resignation of Kenneth J. Danderfer as a director of the Company. Mr. Danderfer has been an active director of AirTest since the Company became a public issuer in February, 2000, but has found it necessary to resign at this time due to personal time constraints.

Mr. Graham advises that "Ken Danderfer has been a stalwart member of our Board who could always be counted on to provide excellent judgment and a common sense approach to any issues that arose from time to time. We will miss his input, however he will remain a good friend and will maintain his interest in the ongoing fortunes of the Company".

The Company intends that such forward-looking statements be subject to the safe harbours created thereby. Since these statements involve risks and uncertainties and are subject to change at any time, the Company's actual results may differ materially from the expected results.
