Inspector360 Update

Highlights:

• Successful completion of commercial trial of AssetOwl's next-generation property management platform, Inspector360, with RE/MAX WA: part of a 120,000-strong network of real estate agents active in over 100 countries and territories
• Provisional Australian patent application filed to protect AssetOwl's intellectual property.
• Integration of Inspector360 with PropertyMe, one of Australia's largest and most complete cloud property management software providers, is expected to be complete in February 2020

Enterprise property management platform provider AssetOwl Limited (ASX: AO1, AssetOwl or the Company) is pleased to provide an update regarding its Inspector360 product, the revolutionary next generation of the Company's photo-centric property management platform.

The Inspector360 app provides tenants, property managers and landlords with an exact record of the condition of residential properties during a tenancy and when tenants move in and out, using AssetOwl's proprietary virtual tour technology to create an internal view of a property.

Completion of commercial trial with RE/MAX WA

The Company has successfully completed its commercial trial with AssetOwl's cornerstone customer RE/MAX WA. Part of the NYSE-listed RE/MAX Holdings (NYSE: RMAX), RE/MAX WA is a residential and commercial real estate agency and property manager, part of a network of more than 120,000 agents active in over 100 countries and territories.

The success of this trial has been a necessary condition for the roll-out of Inspector360 to RE/MAX WA, and for the promotion of Inspector360 to RE/MAX's offices nationally.

RE/MAX Corporate will apply the software to a selection of its rent roll before working with franchisees to expand its use across the group starting 1 March 2020.

Additional trials are set to commence with Colliers International WA, The Agency, Attree Real Estate and others in February 2020.

The mobile, tablet and desktop Inspector360 user experience

Filing of provisional patent application for Inspector360.

The Company has filed a provisional patent application with the Australian Patent Office.

If the Company progresses to apply for a patent, the issue of a patent will protect the Intellectual Property which AssetOwl has developed, being the process and technology for capturing evidence in a novel way. An Innovation patent will provide protection for a period up to 8 years.

Integration with leading property management software provider

The Company is close to completing its integration of Inspector360 with PropertyMe; a leading trust accounting and communication platform, and one of Australia's largest and most complete cloud property management software providers. More than 2,500 real estate agencies and property management customers utilise the PropertyMe platform.

AssetOwl expects technical integration of Inspector360 with PropertyMe to be finalised in early February 2020 ahead of plans to launch an integrated service offering to PropertyMe customers in March 2020.
