ASPEN GLOVE SDN BHD OBTAINS 510(K) CLEARANCE

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Aspen (Group) Holdings Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") are pleased to announce that the Company's subsidiary, Aspen Glove Sdn. Bhd. ("AGSB") has on 20 September 2021 successfully obtained 510(k) Premarket Notification clearance to market Latex Examination Powder Free Gloves from the United States ("US") Food and Drug Administration.

With the 510(k) clearance, AGSB will now be able to design, manufacture and directly distribute Latex Examination Powder Free Gloves under the "Aspen Glove" trademark and third-party original equipment manufacturing ("OEM") brand under OEM arrangements in the US market.
