Asknet AG reported consolidated earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 2012. The Group increased both sales revenues and gross profits year-on-year from July to September, and also recorded positive quarterly earnings.

In the nine months period, the Group generated sales of €52.32 million against €47.43 million, 10.3% up on the previous year's figure. The Group's operating loss was €0.08 million against €1.34 million reported in first nine months of 2011. Loss before taxes came to €0.07 million against €1.31 million a year ago. After interest and taxes, the group made a slight loss of €0.08 million in the first nine months of the year against €1.32 million reported a year ago.

The company confirmed earnings guidance for the year 2012. The announced break-even guidance for full-year 2012.

The company also announced that Dr. Dietmar Waudig, the founder and long-standing member of the Executive Board, will leave the company when his contract expires at the end of the year and will resign from his position effective the end of November 16, 2012 with the consent of the Supervisory Board. Michael Konrad, Dr. Waudig's colleague on the Executive Board, will take on his responsibilities and will act as the company's sole CEO in the future.
