Asian Micro Holdings Limited Announces Retirement of Teo Kio Choon @ Chang Chiaw Choon as an Independent Director and Member of the Audit Committee

Asian Micro Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Teo Kio Choon @ Chang Chiaw Choon, who did not seek a re-election pursuant to Article 89 of the Company's Constitution, retired as an Independent Director of the Company at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held on 26 October 2018. Accordingly, he ceased to be a member of the Audit Committee.
