Asia Metal Industries, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 317.34 million compared to TWD 212.05 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 44.42 million compared to TWD 9.54 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.12 compared to TWD 0.53 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.02 compared to TWD 0.53 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 1,003.14 million compared to TWD 685.91 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 113.03 million compared to TWD 55.49 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 5.38 compared to TWD 3.07 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 5.29 compared to TWD 3.06 a year ago.
ASIA METAL INDUSTRIES, INC. is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of printed circuit board substrates processing equipment and thin films processing equipment, as well as the sale services business. The Company is mainly engaged in the production of copper foil substrates vertical treating equipment, flexible circuit boards coating equipment, ceramic capacitors coating equipment, low temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCC) coating equipment and energy substrates processing equipment. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to mainland China market.
