Undisclosed buyers acquired 6.56% stake in HansaMatrix, SA (RISE:HMX1R) from FlyCap Investment Fund I AIF, managed by FlyCap for €0.8 million on January 9, 2018. FlyCap sold 0.12 million shares at the price of €6.55 per share. Post acquisition, FlyCap will own 15.52% stake in HansaMatrix, SA. Undisclosed buyers completed the acquisition of 6.56% stake in HansaMatrix, SA (RISE:HMX1R) from FlyCap Investment Fund I AIF, managed by FlyCap on January 9, 2018.
